Booking your appointment

• All bookings have a fee that is required to book your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.
• All bookings, cancelations and rescheduling must be made via the online booking system at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to comply with this term will result in a loss of your deposit and a new deposit must be paid to rebook a new appointment.
  
• We reserve the right to charge a late cancelation fee of $25.00, for any booking or No- Show without prior notice. (24 hrs in advance).
• You must arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment you will forfeit your appointment and lose your booking deposit.
• At time of booking, you MUST declare any medication you are taking, allergies you have or skin disorders. Failure to disclose this information could result in the cancellation of your appointment.
• Children are NOT allowed.
