You will have 15 minutes grace period to arrive to your appointment. After 15 minutes you will loose your appointment and the deposit. You will need to reschedule and pay the deposit again. 

Any Cancelation or reschedule made within less than 24 hours of your appointment time will incur in a $50.00 missed-appointment fee.

Booking fees are not transferable, only if the cancelation was made during the established time.

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on service rendered.

If you are a no-show, we will charge 100% of the appointment charged and we will no longer accept you as a client.

Consultations are complementary, however a credit card is required to schedule and hold the appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless you do not appear for your consult without a 24 hours notice. Your card will be charged $25.00 fee if you don't call to notify cancelation or reschedule.
